摘  要:为了深入研究枣GATA转录因子家族的基因功能以及为枣的分子育种提供科学依据。本研究利用NCBI、TAIR、Planttfdb、HMMER、Pfam、SMART、MEME、GSDS、Plant Care、STRING在线网站以及DNAMAN6、Map Inspect和MEGA5软件,对枣GATA转录因子的个数、理化特征、染色体定位、系统进化树、保守基序、基因结构和蛋白功能联系预测进行了分析。结果表明:枣含有28个GATA转录因子,根据结构域的不同分为四个亚族:GroupⅠ、GroupⅡ、GroupⅢ和GroupⅣ。其中GroupⅢ和GroupⅣ处在进化树的同一分支。另外,枣12条假染色体上共鉴定到7条染色体分布有枣GATA基因(22条),其中第6条、第8条、第9条和第10条染色体分布最多(4个),第12条分布最少(1个)。同一亚类里枣GATA转录因子含有相同的保守基序,基因结构也比较相似。本研究对于进一步认识枣GATA单个基因的功能以及基因之间的功能、基因进化和分子育种具有重要的意义。The study aims to further analyze the gene function of GATA transcription factor family in jujube and provide a scientific basis for jujube molecular breeding. The number, physicochemical characteristic, chromosomal assignment, phylogenetic tree, conserved motif, gene structure and protein function prediction of GATA transcription factors in jujube were analyzed by making use of NCBI, TAIR, Planttfdb, HMMER, Pfam, SMART, MEME, GSDS, Plant Care and STRING online websites and DNAMAN6, MapInspect and MEGA5 software. The results indicated that 28 GATA genes were included in jujube and could be divided into four subgroups (GroupⅠ , GroupⅡ, GroupⅢand GroupⅣ) according to the different domains, in which the GroupⅢ and GroupⅣ were on the same branch of the evolutionary tree. In addition, a total of 22 jujube GATA genes were detected on 7 chromosomes of 12 pseudochromosomes in Ziziphus jujuba. Among them, chromosome 6, chromosome 8, chromosome 9 and chromosome 10 encompassed the largest number of 4 ZjGATA genes, while chromosome 12 contained the least number of 1 GATA gene. Jujube GATA transcription factor contained the same conserved motif in the same subgroup, and the gene structure was also similar. The result is of great significance for further understanding the function of the single gene and multiple genes, gene evolution and molecular breeding of GATA in Ziziphus jujuba.
