摘 要:为评价黄河鲤新品系G3代选育进展情况,从80个家系中随机挑选48个黄河鲤新品系家系,其中对照系9个和选育系39个,每个家系5尾鱼,个体标记后将试验鱼混合,等量分为8个组,其中4个组为养殖对照组,另4个组为处理组,分别饲喂未添加和添加高糖类饲料,8周后比较黄河鲤新品系G3代选育效果。结果表明:是否添加高糖类饲料对黄河鲤新品系无显著影响;相对于对照系,选育系体重增加20.84%。选育系比对照系生长速度显著加快,且不改变肌肉脂肪酸组分。选育系多不饱和脂肪酸含量显著增加,增加幅度达8.9%。不同家系对饲喂高糖类饲料的利用率不同,提示对糖类饲料的利用水平可作为未来黄河鲤新品系的选育指标。Huanghe carp (Cyprinus carpio hacmalopterus Temminck et Schlegel) new strain targeted with growth and multiple unsaturated fatty acid performance was generated by selective breeding for 3 generations, which was originated from Yu-Huanghe carp. In order to know the status of breeding process, higher sugar supplementation feed was used to measure the economic performance of Huanghe carp new strain. All tested fish with individual tagging were randomly di- vided into 8 groups with no statistic significant body weight difference (4 group with higher sugar supplementation feed, others without). The result showed that under the cultural test for randomly selected 48 (5 fish per family) families from the 80 families in this generation, the body weight gain was improved 20.84% in selective group compared to that of control group. No matter higher sugar supplementation feed or normal feed, growth performance was improved while fatty acid composition profile showed no significant differences. However, multiple unsaturated fatty acids were improved in selection group by 8.9%. Meanwhile, usage for higher sugar supplementation feed in different families was different. This illustrated that usage ratio for sugar supplementation feed can be regarded as selective target purpose.
