摘　　要：在各种类别的称量设备中，用户反映用得最不好的常常是皮带秤，这是因为皮带秤是动态称量仪表，与工艺设备关联较多，厂家服务不如其他称量设备到位。为了帮助用户用好皮带秤，列举了皮带秤用不好的10个常见问题，并对问题造成的影响进行分析，对影响量尽可能地量化，对用户关注的要点和正确做法给出建议。In all kinds of weighing equipment, the worst is the belt weigher. This is because the belt weigher is a dynamic weighing instrument, which has a large number of associations with the procss equipment, and the service from manufacturer is not so complete as other weighing devices.In order to help users make good use of belt weigher, ten common problems of belt weigher is described and the influence of them is analyzed and quantified. Finally, suggestions for the points that need to be fo-cused and the correct solutions are given to the users.
