摘 要:为解决2250热轧板厂加热炉L2级系统存在的板坯出炉温度波动大、控制精度低、无法实现烧钢自动控制等问题,开发了加热炉板坯温度预报模型和炉温自动控制模型,通过黑匣子试验与工业化试验数据对模型关键参数进行优化。新模型投入使用后,粗轧RDT命中率提高约3%,加热炉能耗降低近4kgce/t。In order to solve the problems of great fluctuation of slab discharging temperature and low control precision in the I_2 system of the regenerative reheating furnace of 2250 hot strip mills, to es-tablish the automatic combustion control, in this paper, the prediction model of furnace slab tempera-ture and the automatic control model of furnace temperature are developed. The key parameters of the model are optimized through black box test and industrial test data. After the new system was put into operation online, the production practice showed that the RDT hit rate of the rough mill was increased by about 3 % , and the heating energy consumption of the reheating furnace was reduced by 4 kgce/t.
