摘 要:厚规格(1.5mm)IF钢易出现延伸率波动超差问题,导致成品带钢冲压开裂和“橘皮”现象。本文以带钢延伸率为研究对象,分析了前述现象产生的原因,并建立有限元模型,重点分析张力对轧制力的影响。对于厚规格IF钢延伸率超差的问题,提出减小平整机前、后张力和降低运行最小轧制力的方法。以上两个针对性方法的实施,极大提高了厚规格IF钢延伸率的控制精度,实践表明效果良好。Thick gauge ( 1.5 mm) IF steels are prone to have problems of excessive elongation fluc-tuations, resulting in stamped cracking and "orange peel" on the strip. Regarding the strip elongationas the research object, this paper analyzes the causes of the aforementioned phenomena, and establi-shes a finite element model to highlight the analysis for the effect of tension on the rolling force. Forthe excessive elongation of IF steels with thick specification, this paper also reduces the entry and exittension for flattening machine and the minimum running rolling force to solve it. Due to the imple-mentation of the two targeted approach, the control accuracy of the thickness specifications IF steel e-longation is greatly increased, and the practice shows that these two methods are efficient.
