摘 要:采用聚酯多元醇改性环氧树脂和含脂环族丙烯酸单体的阳离子丙烯酸树脂,搭配脂肪族多异氰酸酯交联剂合成新型底面合一阴极电泳漆乳液。探讨了不同环氧树脂改性物、脂环族丙烯酸单体用量、不同多异氰酸酯交联体系、炭黑用量等因素对底面合一阴极电泳漆涂膜耐盐雾性和耐候性的影响,得到一种耐盐雾性600h,耐老化性(QUV B)800h的新型底面合一阴极电泳漆。Using polyester polyol modified epoxy resin and cationic acrylic resin which contains alicyclic acrylic monomer, and combining with aliphatic isocyanate crosslinker to synthesize a novel primer-topcoat cathodic electrophoretic emulsion. In this paper, the influence of different epoxy resin modifiers, the dosage of alicyclic acrylic monomer, different kinds of isocyanate crosslinking system and the content of carbon black on the salt fog resistance and weatherability of the cathodic electrophoretic coating was studied. The novel primer-topcoat cathodic electrophoretic coating showed good salt fog resistance of 600 hours and aging resistance(QUV B) of 800 hours.
