摘　　要：目的探讨卫生服务连续性在出生缺陷防治中的作用。方法对2014-2016年在广东省妇幼保健院进行产前筛查、产前诊断及干预的患者进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果在广东省妇幼保健院进行产前筛查、产前诊断及干预的患者能接受到一系列的连续性医疗保健服务。结论卫生服务连续性用于出生缺陷的防治,能有效提高防治效果,提高医疗服务质量,改善患者就医感受,提高满意度。Objective To explore the role of health service continuity in the prevention and control of birth defects. Methods The patients who received prenatal screening,prenatal diagnosis and intervention in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were investigated and the results were analyzed. Results Patients who came to our hospital to accept prenatal screening,prenatal diagnosis and intervention can receive a series of continuous medical care services. Conclusion Health service continuity in prevention and cure of birth defects can effectively improve the prevention effect,medical service quality,patient feeling and satisfaction.
