摘　　要：为揭示企业有效的知识型档案管理系统,在分析组织知识创造模型基础上,论证了知识型档案系统的构成及档案编研的新功能。研究表明,企业知识型档案管理系统的关键是在原有档案管理系统的基础上,增加新的档案编研机构;知识型档案管理系统的编研机构须采取矩阵型组织结构,将基层单位原先的档案兼职人员整合进机构,以便有效地实行知识型档案的管理。In order to reveal the effective system of knowledge-type archives management within enterprise,this paper explores the management system of knowledge-type archives of enterprise and the new function of archives editing and research based on the analysis of organizational knowledge creation model. The research shows that the key to system of knowledge-type archives in enterprise is to establish a new institution of archives editing and research within the original system of archives management,the new institution of archives editing and research within the system of archives management must employ matrix organizational structure to integrating primary-level original part-timers of archives management into the institution so as to execute knowledge-type archives management effectively.
