摘 要:通过查阅最近几年关于区域科技创新的文献,以山西科技统计数据为基础,用灰色关联分析方法研究了山西省各地级市的综合评价指标体系,从科技投入和科技产出两方面对各地级市的情况进行了具体分析。结果显示:山西省各地级市科技创新效率差距悬殊,省会城市是科技成果的聚集地,政府对科技创新活动投入力度不足,各地级市科技发展中存在弱点。结合分析结果给出了相应的对策建议。Through reviewing the literature on regional scientific and technological innovation in recent years,based on the Shanxi statistical data of science and technology,the comprehensive evaluation index system of Shanxi Province's each prefecture-level city is studied using the grey relational analysis method. This paper makes a detailed analysis for each prefecture-level city from two aspects of scientific and technological input and scientific and technological output. The results show that there is a wide gap in the efficiency of science and technology innovation among the cities in Shanxi Province. The capital city is the gathering place for scientific and technological achievements. The government has not invested enough in scientific and technological innovation activities. It also analyzes the weaknesses in the development of science and technology in prefecture-level cities,and proposes corresponding suggested and countermeasures combining with the analysis results.
