石学敏手法量学结合拮抗肌电针法对中风后痉挛性瘫痪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨石学敏教授的手法量学方法对中风后患者异常增高的肌张力及运动功能的影响。方法将确诊为脑卒中后痉挛性瘫痪的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,其中治疗组采用石学敏手法量学结合拮抗肌电针法,对照组采用常规针刺手法配合电针法。应用改良的Ashworth评分标准、简化的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表对患者治疗前后进行评估,进而比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果治疗后两组间比较,治疗组的肌痉挛程度、肢体运动功能均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论石学敏手法量学结合拮抗肌电针法能显著改善脑卒中后的高肌张力状态并改善肢体运动功能,其疗效优于常规针刺结合电针组。Objective To explore the effects on Prof. Shi Xuemin＇s acupuncture manipulation quantitative method in the treatment for abnormal increasing of muscular tone in the post-stroke patients as well as the impacts on the motor function. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed as the post-stroke spastic paralysis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. In the treatment groups,the Shi Xuemin＇s acupuncture manipulation quantitative method and the electroacupuncture（ EA） for antagonistic muscle were adopted. In the control group,the routine acupuncture technique and EA were used. The modified Ashworth scale and the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor functions scale were adopted to evaluate the patients before and after treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results After treatment,between the two groups,the myosapsm degree and limb motor functions in the treatment group were all obviously better than the control group,indicating the significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Shi Xuemin＇s acupuncture manipulation quantitative method combined with EA for antagonistic muscle significantly relieves the high muscular tone and improves the limb motor functions in the patients after stroke. The effects are better than the routine acupuncture and EA.
