摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出是常见病、多发病、难治病。全国没有高效成熟廉价稳定的治疗方法。文章将该病分四期诊断:椎间盘膨出、椎间盘突出、椎间盘脱出、椎间盘游离。诊断要点是:腰腿疼为主症,以牵扯性疼痛连及下肢为次症,另加脉沉腰腿部怕冷,再附以影像学检查即可明确诊断。肾精亏虚是造成该病的内因,外伤和过度劳累是致病的外因。治则是补肾壮骨,强筋生肌,软坚散结,活血通络,即可使腰椎间盘外化内固、重新封闭腰椎间隙,达到阳气闭藏,无腰腿怕冷疼痛之虞。腰椎间盘并发症的治疗,以腰椎间盘突出为主兼治并发症,辨证用药,达到标本兼治的目的。Lumbar disc protrusion is a commonly encountered and frequently occurring disease,which is difficult to treat. There is no efficient,mature,cheap and stable effective treatment method in our country. The disease is divided into four stages in this paper including bulging of disc,disc protrusion,disc prolapse,and disc dissociation. The main points of diagnosis include the following parts. The pain of lumbar and legs is the main symptom. The referred pain of the lower limbs is secondary symptom. In addition,lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients with the deep pulse are often afraid of making their legs cold. The CT and MRI can be used to make a definite diagnosis. Deficiency of kidney essence is the internal cause of the disease. Trauma and overwork are the external causes of the disease. Rules of the treatment are supplying the kidney to make the bone strong,making the muscle flexile and proliferative,resolving hard lump and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction. Thus lumbar intervertebral disc can be inside solid and broken down outside to close lumbar intervertebral space,which may help the patients to achieve yang qi retention state and to be tolerant of the cold of the body below the lumbar. The treatment of complications of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc should be treated with syndrome differentiation to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root cause.
