泽泻总三萜的抗炎活性研究

摘　　要：目的研究泽泻总三萜的体内、外抗炎活性。方法建立以脂多糖诱导的BV-2细胞炎症模型,采用ELISA法检测炎症因子IL-6的表达量,观察泽泻总三萜各剂量组的抗炎活性;建立以二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿2种炎症模型,以肿胀度为指标再评价泽泻总三萜各剂量组的抗炎活性。结果泽泻总三萜能有效抑制IL-6分泌,减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿胀程度。结论泽泻总三萜具有良好的抗炎作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory activity of total triterpenes from Alisma orientale（TTAO） in vivo and in vitro. Methods： In vitro： the BV-2 microglial cells were stimulated by LPS to establish inflammatory model and the expression of IL-6 in cell supernatant was detected by ELISA to explore the anti-inflammatory activity of TTAO. In vivo： various inflammatory models, including the swelling of ear induced by dimethyl benzene in mice, and granuloma induced by cotton pellet implantation in rat were applied to explore the anti-inflammation of TTAO. Results： TTAO can effectively inhibit the secretion of IL-6 in vitro, and TTAO can effectively reduce ear swelling of mice and the swelling of the granuloma of rats. Conclusion： TTAO has a remarkable anti-inflammatory activity.
