摘 要:选择北京地区20所公立三级医院网站作为易用性测评对象,借鉴通用工业规范标准格式测试流程。根据患者信息查询行为及线上就医路径,设计任务式的评价模型,观察、测试400名参加人员执行任务情况并调查其满意度。对医院网站的易用性指标进行比较,发现不同医院网站在受试者任务完成程度、完成时间、任务难度上存在差异。同时还对易用性测评结果最高和最低的医院网站进行分析。本研究尝试性地将易用性测试引入公立医院网站评价中,以期提高网站内容、结构、设计与患者就医需求的匹配度,为优化公立医院网站功能、弥补以行业管理者视角为主导的现行公立医院网站评价指标体系的不足提供参考。This research chooses the websites of 20 tertiary public hospitals in Beijing as test experiment objects, and adopts the standard of CIF in the process of experiment. Based on the patient search information and online consulting path, 400 participants have received a survey to measures their performance, record the scores, time and satisfaction of completing the task. It shows that there is gap in task completion, time and difficulty. The lowest and highest score of WEU are also analyzed. The WEU is introduced into hospital website assessment to improve the website content, structure and patient demand so as to completing the functions of website of public hospital and giving evidence for public hospital website assessment index system.
