长江经济带文化创意产业园创新能力评价研究

摘　　要：文化创意产业园区是各地发展文化创意产业的重要载体。长江经济带城市群文化创意产业园区的创新能力是挖掘长江沿线巨大文化内需潜力,培育沿江文化产业新优势的根本。本文首先从园区创新能力的内部构成要素和外部支撑要素两方面出发,构建以创新投入能力、创新产出能力、创新支撑能力、潜在创新能力四方面组合的评价指标体系。运用长江经济带11个省市文化创意产业园区2013年数据对其创新能力开展实证研究,继而对各省市园区评价结果提出创新能力提升的建议。Cultural creative industry zone is the vital carrier to develop local cultural creative industry. The innovative capacity of cultural creative industry zone of urban agglomeration in Yangtze River Economic Zone is the foundation of excavating the tremendous cultural internal demands and incubating new advantages of cultural industry. This Paper started with the internal composition and external bracing of the innovation capacity of the cultural creative industry zone,and then built an evaluation indicator system with four dimensionalities,namely innovation input capacity,innovation output capacity,innovation supporting capacity and potential innovation capacity. It used the data of the cultural creative industry zones of 11 provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Zone to conduct an empirical research of their innovation capacity and made proposals on developing the innovation capacity on the basis of the evaluation results.
