高校聘用制员工党组织建设的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：当前,高校聘用制员工的党组织建设存在"双轨制"下的待遇不平等、对聘用制员工队伍党组织建设工作重视度不够和聘用制员工党组织建设工作体制不完善等问题。进一步改进高校聘用制员工的党组织建设工作,学校应该破解基层党组织的弱化问题,打造坚强战斗堡垒;强化宣传引导,助推党员发展;完善党组织建设教育管理体制,构建长效机制;打破"双轨"模式,激发党组织建设的活力。Currently in the construction of the party organization there are such problems as the unequal treat- ment in the ＂double track system＂, lack of attention to the work of party-organization building for the employed staff and the imperfect working system for them. To further improve the party-organization building for employed staff, uni- versities should solve the problems weakening the party organizations at the grass-roots level to build a strong battle fortress; strengthen propaganda and guidance to boost the development of party members; perfect the educational man- agement system for the party-organization building to construct a long-term mechanism; break the ＂double track＂ model to promote the party-organization building.
