针刺加艾灸治疗老年性尿失禁疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺加艾灸治疗老年性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将我院住院疗养的尿失禁患者46例随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例,治疗组采用针刺加艾灸治疗,对照组采用针刺加TDP照射治疗。结果治疗两个疗程后,治疗组的有效率为95.65%,对照组的有效率为73.91%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺加艾灸治疗老年性尿失禁疗效满意,患者易于接受,是一种可行的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with moxibustion on senile urinary incontinence. Methods 46 patients with urinary incontinence in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,23 cases in each group. Acupuncture combined with moxibustion was used in treatment group,while acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation in control group. Results After two courses of treatment,the effective rate in treatment group was 95.65%,73.91% in control group. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with moxibustion is effective in the treatment of senile urinary incontinence,easy to accept and is a feasible treatment.
