推进军民融合创新示范区建设的对策研究

摘　　要：军民融合创新示范区是国家实施军民融合战略的新举措。当前,多地方希望参与军民融合创新示范区的创建工作,但实践中面临着诸多问题,理论研究也严重滞后。在青岛古镇口军民融合创新示范区先行先试基础上,根据习近平关于军民融合战略的重要阐述,提出了军民融合创新示范区建设中应深化意义认识、瞄准两大方向、坚持三项原则、推进四大创新等对策建议。Civil-military integration demonstration zone is a new measure to implement the national strategy of civil- military integration. At present, many localities want to participate in the creation of such zone, but there are various problems in practice, and theoretical research is also seriously lagging behind. According to Xi Jinping＇s important exposition for the strategy of civil-military integration and based on the first trial of civil- military integration innovation demonstration zone in an ancient town of Qingdao City, this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that we adhere to the four basic principles, seize the two main directions, and promote the innovation of the five systems in the construction of civil-military integration innovation demonstration zone.
