高职学生体育活动时间对手机成瘾症状的减少效应

摘　　要：为探索体育活动对高职学生手机上网成瘾的干预作用,采用修改后的《高职学生手机成瘾倾向量表》,对3所职业技术学院549名学生进行施测,采用SPSS19.0进行数据分析,结果表明:通过T检验和方差分析表明,高职学生上网成瘾、体育活动在性别、城乡上存在差异。通过进一步的相关分析、回归分析,结果表明,高职学生上网成瘾和体育活动显著相关(P<0.05),体育活动对高职学生上网成瘾干预效果显著,在一定程度上可降低手机成瘾行为。This paper discusses the intervention effect of reducing the cellphone addicted symptom of higher vocational college students in sports time, providing evidence for the intervention of cellphone addiction disorder. A questionnaire of the living condition of higher vocational college students was formed based on the existed questionnaire with its modifications. 549 vocational college students were surveyed and an analysis was given by using SPSS19.0. The result shows that in terms of cellphone addiction disorder and sporting activities, differences are found among higher vocational college students of different genders and from different areas. Furthermore, through correlation analysis and regression analysis, it is shown that students＇ cellphone addiction symptom and sporting activities were significantly correlated（P0.05）. The result shows that sports has a great effect on the cellphone-addicted symptom of higher vocational college students and reduce the cellphone-addicted symptom to some extent.
