摘  要:在比较3种传统的物理、化学和生物治理黑臭河道水体技术的优点和局限性的基础上,阐述了MBR膜法、高级氧化技术、阿科蔓生态基技术、矿化还原治理技术等黑臭河治理新技术的开发和应用现状,以及预估米拉碳纤维水质净化技术和MSC工法在未来黑臭河治理中的走向,并对黑臭河治理新技术及其发展趋势进行了展望,认为应以建立和恢复具有生物多样性的生态系统结构为原则,将一些工业废水或生活污水处理的方法经过整合改进与不断创新,借鉴并融合成为综合性的"化学+物理吸附+生物(或微生物)修复"综合技术;充分重视并利用多介质的修复技术、低维纳米材料的矿化还原技术、碳纤维水质净化技术+MSC工法等,并结合零直排、雨污分流、海绵城市等工程措施进行黑臭河道的治理。It is based on the comparison of the advantages and limitations of these three traditional governance techniques, it describes the development and application of MBR membrane technology, advanced oxidation technology, aquamats ecobase technology, mineralization reduction treatment technology and it also predict the treatment of mira carbon fiber and MSC in the future. And the new technology and its development trend of black odorous river are forecasted, it provides a meaningful reference for the comprehensive regulation of black and odorous rivers being carried out all over the country. It i s believed that in order to establish and restore the structure of ecosystems with biological diversity, some industrial wastewater or domestic sewage treatment methods will be integrated and improved and continuously innovated, learn from and integrated into a comprehensive "chemical + physical adsorption + organisms(or Microbial) repair technology"; And full attention and use of multi-media repair technology, low-dimensional nano-materials of mineralization and reduction technology, carbon fiber water purification technology + MSC engineering, etc., and combined with zero straight row,rain and sewage diversion, sponge city and other engineering measures for the governance of black and odorous rivers.
