摘 要:对阳离子选择透过性不高的离子交换膜,采用固定了荷电基团磷钨酸(PWA)的溶胶Si O_2-PWA/聚乙烯醇(PVA)对其进行改性,以电解时膜的Cl^-泄漏率为评价指标,研究改性条件对膜选择透过性的影响,并对膜的表面形貌和官能基团进行表征。结果表明,在原膜预处理时间为2 h,溶胶溶质质量比1:2:10,溶胶的质量浓度0.5 kg/L,热处理温度与时间60℃和2 h的情况下,膜改性效果最佳,相比于原膜,Cl^-泄漏率降低了8.5%,膜电阻降低了3.5Ω·cm^2,亲水角降低了45°。具有应用于需要高选择透过性离子交换膜相关的水处理领域潜力。For the cation selective permeability of some ion exchange membranes were not very high,sol Si O2-PWA/PVA was used to modify the membrane.The chloride ion leakage rate of membrane as the evaluation index in electrolysis process to study the effect of modification conditions on the selective permeability of membranes,and the surface topography and functional group of membrane were characterized.The results showed that,under the condition of the pretreatment time was 2 h,solute proportion of sol was 1:2:10,the mass concentration of sol was 1 kg/L,the heat treatment temperature and time was60℃and 2 h respectively,the modification effect was optimal.Compared to the original membrane,the chloride ion leakage rate,membrane resistance and hydrophilic angle modified membrane was reduced by 8.5%,3.5Ω·cm^2and 45 degrees respectively,it had the potential to be applied in water treatment fields.
