摘 要:采用双极膜法电再生技术来再生混床离子交换树脂,用它代替有废酸碱液污染环境的传统的化学再生法,实现了离子交换树脂再生技术的更新换代。文中阐明双极膜法混床离子交换树脂电再生技术的原理、系统、过程和特点,该项创新技术有节能、减排、安全、经济和方便等特点。采用混床作为水处理中精处理的把关设备,广泛应用于电力、电子、化工、医药等行业,市场极其广阔。Electro-regeneration technology for ion exchange resin in the mixed bed by bipolar membrane method is presented to replace the traditional chemical regeneration method, which cause acid and alkali waste liquid pollution. Thus the ion exchange resin regeneration technology is upgraded.The principle, system, process and characteristics of the bipolar membrane electro-regeneration technology are introduced briefly in this paper. This innovative technology has the characteristics of energy saving, emission reduction, safety, economy and convenience, which can be used in electric power, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries as a key equipment of water finishing treatment in the mixed bed. The application market of this method is extremely broad.
