摘 要:采用100 g/d(阶段I)、50 g/d(阶段II)和200 g/d(阶段III)这3种不同生物颗粒循环量V_s操作循环流化床生物反应器(CFBBR)去除污水中的碳和氮,通过380 d的实验测试其处理合成废水的效果以及不同V_s对该反应器的性能影响。结果表明,3种V_s对CFBBR处理合成废水中的碳和NH_4^+-N基本无影响,其去除量分别稳定在95%和98%;而TN的去除率随着V_s的提高而略微增加,3个阶段分别为85.1%、88.8%和90%。V_s对硝化过程影响不大,所有阶段基本上都接近于完全的硝化反应。但对反硝化过程影响较大,低的V_s会降低缺氧床的反硝化效率,同时还发现生物膜厚度到达一定程度时,好氧流化床中可以发生同步硝化反硝化反应。The circulating fluidized bed bioreactor(CFBBR) was used to remove carbon and nitrogen in wastewater with three bioparticle circulation rates(Vs) of 100 g/d(Stage I), 50 g/d(Stage II) and 200 g/d(Stage III). During the 380 d continuously-running experiment, the performance of the synthetic wastewater treatment in CFBBR was investigated and the effects of Vs on the performance were studied. The results showed that the three bioparticle circulation rates had no effect on COD and ammonia removal by CFBBR in all stages, while the removal efficiencies were stable at 95% and 98% respectively.The TN removal rate increased slightly with the increase of Vs, which was 85.1%, 88.8% and 90% in stage I, stage II and stage III respectively. Vshad little effect on the nitrification process, the nitration reactions were complete in all stages. Whereas it had significant influences on denitrification, the lower Vs would lead to less denitrification in the anoxic bed. It was also found that when biofilm thickness reached a certain level, simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND) could occur in the aerobic fluidized bed.
