摘 要:对2种反渗透膜SE和XR进行了高盐废水下的分离性能实验,采用单因素和正交实验分别研究了操作参数及原料液不同组分对膜性能的影响。结果表明,压力为0.80 MPa,Na Cl的质量浓度为1 g/L时,6 h内XR的膜通量和脱盐率分别为5.9μm/s和92.7%,SE的通量和脱盐率为0.93μm/s和97.3%。在高盐度条件下,进水组分含量对XR膜通量的影响大小为Na Cl>Ca^(2+)>Si O_2>SS(高岭土)>有机物(葡萄糖),对XR脱盐率的影响大小为Na Cl>Ca^(2+)>葡萄糖>Si O_2>SS。进水组分对SE膜通量的影响大小为Na Cl>Ca^(2+)>葡萄糖>Si O_2>SS,对SE脱盐率的影响大小为:Na Cl>Ca^(2+)>Si O_2>SS>葡萄糖。The separation performance of two kinds of reverse osmosis membranes (SE/XR) with high salinity wastewater was tested. The effects of operation parameters and different components of raw material solution on membrane property were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test, respectively. The results showed that, when the pressure was 0.80 MPa and mass concentration of NaCl was 1 g/L, the flux and salt rejection of XR and SE were stable at 5.9 μm/s and 92.7%, 0.93 μm/s and 97.3%, respectively. The effect ofinfluent components on membrane flux of XR under high salinity was NaCl〉 Ca^2+〉SiO2〉SS (kaolin)〉Organics (glucose), and the effect on salt rejection of XR was NaCl〉 Ca^2+〉 glucose 〉SiO2〉SS. The effect of influent components on membrane flux of SE was NaCI〉 Ca^2+〉 glucose 〉 SiO2〉SS, the effect on salt rejection of SE was NaCl〉 Ca^2+〉 SiO2〉SS〉 glucose.
