摘  要:采用"混凝-Fenton氧化-生化-O_3氧化"组合工艺处理车辆清洗过程中产生的乳化废水。通过考察各个处理单元在不同实验条件下对污染物的去除情况,确定每个阶段优化的工艺参数。结果表明,经过优化组合工艺处理后,废水中的COD可由9.417 g/L降至31.7 mg/L,阴离子表面活性剂(LAS)的质量浓度可由311.9 mg/L降至0.15mg/L,NH_3-N、PO_4^(3-)-P的质量浓度分别为7.7、0.25 mg/L,色度得到完全去除,出水指标均可达到GB 8978-1996的一级标准。Combined process of coagulation-Fenton oxidation-biochemical-O3oxidation was applied to treat emulsion wastewater from vehicle cleaning.According to the removal of pollutants from different treatment units with different experimental conditions,the optimal process parameters of each stage were determined.The results showed that,Finally,after optimized combined process treatment,the COD in wastewater reduced from 9.417 g/L to 31.7mg/L,the mass concentration of LAS reduced from 311.9 mg/L to 0.15 mg/L,and the mass concentration of NH3-N and PO4^3--P was 7.7 and 0.25 mg/L respectively.The chroma of wastewater was removed completely,and the effluent indexes could meet the first level discharge standard of GB 8978-1996.
