摘  要:利用新型一体化生物转盘装置进行处理乳制品废水的应用研究。将乳制品废水依次流经新型一体化生物转盘装置的水解酸化单元-新型生物转盘单元-接触氧化单元的处理工艺,分别控制水解酸化池、生物转盘以及接触氧化池的HRT为5、10、4 h,并将生物转盘转速调为12 r/min,分析不同处理单元对COD、NH_4^+-N、TP的处理效果。结果表明,系统出水的COD和NH_4^+-N含量达到GB 18918-2002一级B标准,TP的质量浓度也在1.5 mg/L以下,出水水质良好;主体单元新型生物转盘对COD、NH_4^+-N、TP的去除率分别可达83%、60%、51.1%,处理效果显著,且污泥产量少。Application of a new integrated biological rotary contactor for dairy wastewater treatment was researched.The treatment process of dairy wastewater sequentially flows through device of the hydrolysis acidification unit-new type biological rotating disc unit-contact oxidation unit.The hydraulic retention time of hydrolysis acidification pond,biological rotary contactor and contact oxidation tank were 5 h,10 h and 4 h respectively,and the rotating speed of biological turntable was adjusted to 12 r/min,COD,NH4^+-N,TP treatment efficiencies by different treatment units were systematic analyzed.The results showed that the effluent COD and NH4^+-N content reached the first level B standard of GB 18918-2002,and the mass concentration of TP was below 1.5 mg/L,the effluent quality was good.The removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and TP could reach 83%,60%and 51.1%,respectively,the treatment efficiency was remarkable,and it had less sludge production in the device.
