摘　　要：采用A^2/O和MBR组合工艺处理含工业废水的城镇污水,分析MBR组合工艺对污水处理厂出水提标改造应用的可行性。结果表明,随着工业废水在生活污水中比例的增加,出水中COD和NH_4^+-N含量逐渐增加。当工业废水与生活污水的体积比为1:1时,系统水COD和NH_4^+-N、TN、TP的质量浓度平均含量分别被降至42 mg/L、2.3、10、0.4 mg/L,均符合GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。系统运行过程中,MBR膜通量保持稳定,跨膜压差在4.8~13.1k Pa范围内变化。反应过程中,微生物释放出的高含量的EPS和SMP。经Na Cl O溶液在线清洗后,溶液中EPS和SMP得到了较好的去除。A^2/O-MBR组合工艺适用于含工业废水的城镇污水的处理。A combined process of A2/O and MBR was used to treat municipal wastewater containing industrial wastewater. The application feasibility of MBR combined process in the upgrading of municipal wastewater treatment plant was analyzed. The results showed that, the COD and NH4＋-N content in the treated effluent increased with the increase of industrial wastewater proportion in municipal wastewater. When the volume ratio of industrial wastewater to domestic wastewater was 1, the COD and average mass concentration of NH4＋-N, TN, TP in effluent were reduced to 42 mg/L and 2.3 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 0.4 mg/L respectively, which reached the first grade A standard of GB 18918-2002. During the system operation, the membrane flux remained stable, and the TMP varied in the range of 4.8^13.1 k Pa. The microorganism released high content of EPS and SMP during the reaction. And Na Cl O after on-line cleaning provided a positive effect on the removal of EPS and SMP. A2/O and MBR combined process was applicable for the treatment of municipal wastewater containing industrial wastewater.
