摘  要:介绍了智能一体化海水淡化国产化装置的系统组成、设计、风电匹配设计、经济性比较与应用前景。500 m^3/d的智能一体化海水淡化装置在实际工程应用中,运行效果良好,产水量510 m^3/d,脱盐率99.46%,产水电导240μS/cm,能耗2.5 k W·h/m^3。一体化装置具有设计紧凑、占地面积小、自动化程度高、机动灵活性强的特点,其中关键设备的全国产化减少了设备的投资;系列化设计满足了不同地区与环境的要求,与风能的匹配设计实现了资源的合理利用;具有广阔的发展前景。System composition, design, wind power matching, economic comparison and application prospect of intelligent integrated localization seawater desalination device were introduced. The integrated seawater desalination device of 500 m3/d capacity had good performance in practical application, the water yield, salt rejection, product water conductivity and energy consumption was 510 m3/d, 99.46%, 240 μS/cm and 2.5 k W·h/m3 respectively. The integrated devices have the advantages of compact structure, small floor space, high automation level and strong flexibility, and the localization of the key equipment reduced the investment cost. The serialization design met the demands of different areas and environment, and wind power matching achieved the reasonable utilization of renewable energy resource, the device has vast development prospect.
