摘 要:为了扩大处理规模与提高废水出水水质,对某屠宰废水处理工程进行了改造。根据原废水处理工艺及吸取同类废水处理相关经验,确定采用预处理、上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)、A/O工艺处理屠宰废水,并介绍了新增各主要构筑物及相关设计参数。实际运行结果表明,COD、BOD_5、SS、NH_3-N的去除率分别达到97.6%、98.6%、98.6%、90.6%,直接运行成本为1.01元/m^3,出水水质达到GB 13457-92的一级排放标准,完全满足改造要求。该组合工艺为屠宰废水的处理提供了良好借鉴。In order to expand the treatment scale and improve effluent quality of wastewater, a modification project of a slaughterhouse wastewater treatment was conducted. According to original wastewater treatment process and other similar wastewater treatment experience, processes of pretreatment, UASB and A/O were adopted to treat the slaughtering wastewater, and the main structures and related design parameters were introduced. The practical results indicated that the removal rates of COD, BOD5, SS and NH3-N reached 97.6%, 98.6%, 98.6% and 90.6%, respectively, the direct operation cost was 1.01$/m^3, and effluent quality reached the first grade discharge standard of GB13457-92, which fully met modification requirements. The combined process provides a good reference for slaughterhouse wastewater treatment.
