开展药学服务对药品费用控制效果的研究进展评述

摘　　要：通过梳理国内外开展药学服务对药品费用控制的效果后进行综述发现,开展药学服务在国内外均有一定药品费用控制效果。国外研究开展药学服务对药品费用控制效果显著,其效果受药学服务中团队合作、人员配比、干预程度、项目设置等因素影响,国内研究也逐步认识到开展药学服务一定程度上可有效控制药品费用尤其是抗菌药费用,在我国有待进一步深入研究。After reviewing the studies on effectiveness of carrying out pharmaceutical care（PC）on drug cost control,this study found that carrying out pharmaceutical care could effectively reduce drug cost.Its effectiveness was closely associated with teamwork levels,personnel ratios,degree and frequencies of pharmacist interventions,approaches of intervention,and PC programs,etc.The more pharmacist interventions were conducted,the more drug costs were saved.In China,PC mainly showed positive effects on reducing the use of antibiotics.Well-performed PC could effectively control drug cost,but Chinese studies on effectiveness of PC on drug cost controlling need further exploration.
