某军械仓库官兵心理状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解某军械仓库官兵心理健康状况与特征。方法应用90项症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist90,SCL-90)对某军械仓库220名男性官兵进行调查,将总分和各因子分与中国成人常模、军人常模进行比较,分析各年龄组、不同军衔、不同兵源地、独生子女等之间的特点。结果该军械库官兵SCL-90各因子分及总分均显著低于2016年军人常模和全国常模;心理问题检出率为11.82%,阳性症状中,主要不良心理反应依次为:强迫(53.85%)、敌对(46.15%)、人际关系敏感(42.31%)、抑郁(42.31%)等;不同年龄组官兵人际敏感因子、敌对因子、精神病性因子间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),36~40岁年龄组在人际敏感、敌对、精神病性因子方面的分均高于其他年龄组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);该地军械库官兵在军衔、兵源地和独生子女等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该军械仓库官兵心理健康状况总体良好,仅有小部分官兵存在不良心理反应,高年龄组官兵心理健康状况稍差。Objective To understand the mental health status and characteristics of soldiers in an ordnance warehouse.Methods Symptom Checklist 90（ SCL-90） was used to investigate 220 male officers in an ordnance warehouse. The total score and each factor scores were compared between Chinese adult norm and officer norm. And the characteristics of each age group,different military ranks,different sources of troops,and one-child were analyzed. Results The scores and total score of the SCL-90 of the ordnance warehouse were significantly lower than those of officer norm and Chinese adult norm in 2016. The detection rate of psychological problems was 11. 82%. The positive symptoms in the major adverse psychological reactions： obsession（ 53. 85%）,hostility（ 46. 15%）,interpersonal sensitivity（ 42. 31%）,depression（ 42. 31%）,etc. There were significantly differences in interpersonal sensitivity factors,hostility factors,and psychotic factors among different age groups（ P〈0. 05）.The 36-to 40-year-old age group had higher scores in terms of interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,and psychotic factors than other age groups（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significantly difference in the military ranks,soldiers＇ sources,and one-child in soldiers an ordnance warehouse（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The mental health status of soldiers in an ordnance warehouse is generally well.Only a small number of them have adverse psychological reactions. The mental health status of soldiers in the high age group is a little poor.
