摘　　要：目的调查我国临床检验血液项目全程周转时间(TAT)现状,分析全程TAT的影响因素。方法通过网络平台向参加2015年国家卫生健康委员会临床检验中心开展的全国室间质量评价计划的1 381家实验室发放调查表,要求各实验室统计收到通知后一周内的平诊、急诊血常规和凝血项目TAT相关信息,包括目标检验前、中、后及总TAT,一周检验前、中、后及总TAT中位数、第90百分位数(P_(90))和阈外值个数,计算各项指标的中位数、第25百分位数和第75百分位数。将实验室根据医院等级、床位数、是否通过ISO 15189/CAP认可等因素分组,比较总TAT中位数和P_(90)差异有无统计学意义。结果血液项目全程TAT回报率为50.11%。平诊和急诊血常规项目的检验前、中和总TAT中位数、P_(90)均低于相应凝血项目。实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)与医院信息管理系统(HIMS)连接的实验室TAT较短。结论血液项目TAT与信息管理系统建设情况有关。Objective To investigate the whole turnaround time（ TAT） status of hematological tests in clinical laboratories of China,and analyze the interfering factors of whole TAT. Methods The questionnaires,which required each participant laboratory to collect the information of TAT results within one week after the notification,including the routine blood examinations and coagulation tests in both daily and emergency laboratories,were sent to 1 381 laboratories participated in the TAT external quality assessment program organized by the National Center for Clinical Laboratories in 2015 by the network platform.The medians,the 90 th（ P_（90））,25 thand 75 thpercentiles and the numbers of out-of-threshold values of TAT before,during and after the objective examinations and the examinations within a week were calculated. The participant laboratories were classified according to the grade of hospital,number of bed capacity and whether or not passing the authentication of ISO15189/CAP standards,respectively,and the statistical differences of medians and P_（90） of whole TAT were compared.Results The response rate of whole TAT for hematologic tests was 50.11%. The medians and P_（90） of the whole TAT in routine blood examinations before and during tests in daily and emergency laboratories were lower than those in coagulation tests. The laboratories with the connection of laboratory information management system（ LIMS） and hospital information management system（ HIMS） had shorter TAT.Conclusion The TAT of hematologic tests is related to the construction of the information management system.
