前列舒通联合坦索罗辛治疗无菌性前列腺炎的效果

摘　　要：目的观察前列舒通联合坦索罗辛治疗无菌性前列腺炎的效果。方法选取医院收治的110例慢性无菌性前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组应用前列舒通联合坦索罗辛治疗,对照组仅应用坦索罗辛治疗,比较2组治疗前后最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分和不良反应发生率。结果治疗前2组最大尿流率、国际前列腺症状评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组最大尿流率均较治疗前显著升高,国际前列腺症状评分均显著下降,观察组治疗后的国际前列腺症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但2组治疗后的最大尿流率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0479,P>0.05)。结论前列舒通联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果较满意,能够有效提高尿流率,改善临床症状,且无不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective To observation the clinical effect of Qianlieshutong combined with tamsulosin in treatment of sterile prostatitis. Methods Selected 110 cases patients with chronic aseptic prostatitis,which was randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 55 cases. Observation group was treated by Qianlieshutong combined with tamsulosin. Control group was treated by tamsulosin. After treatment,compared the maximum urinary flow rate,international prostate symptom score of 2 groups before and after treatment. Results The maximum urinary flow rate and international prostate symptom score of 2 groups before treatment was no statistic significant（ P〉0. 05）. The maximum urinary flow rate of 2 groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,the international prostate symptom score of 2 groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the international prostate symptom score of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistic significant（ P〈0. 05）. The maximum urinary flow rate of 2 groups after treatment was no statistic significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of Qianlieshutong combined with tamsulosin in treatment of sterile prostatitis is more satisfactory,can effectively improve the urine flow rate,improve clinical symptoms,and no adverse reactions,is worthy of popularization and application.
