窄谱中波紫外线联合卤米松封包疗法治疗斑块型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合卤米松封包疗法治疗斑块型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的斑块型银屑病患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组单独给予窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射。治疗组在对照组基础上联合卤米松封包治疗,对比2组严重指数(PASI)和治疗效果。结果治疗前2组PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组PASI评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为86.67%高于对照组的68.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合卤米松封包治疗银屑病的疗效明显优于单纯应用窄谱中波紫外线治疗的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow-band UVB combined with halometasone in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods 120 patients with plaque psoriasis from the hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases. Control group was given a narrow-spectrum medium-wave ultraviolet（ NB-UVB） irradiation alone,treatment group was treated with halometasone on the basis of control group. After treatment,compared the severity index（ PASI） and treatment effect of 2 groups. Results The PASI scores of 2 groups before treatment was no statistic significantly（ P〉0. 05）. The PASI scores after treatment of 2 groups was lower than that before treatment,the different was no statistic significantly（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficiency of treatment group（ 86. 67%） was higher than that of control group（ 68. 33%）,the different was no statistic significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficacy of narrow-band UVB combined with halometasone in the treatment of psoriasis is significantly better than that of the narrow-band UV-wave therapy and is worth clinical application.
