摘  要:为解决接触式体温计测温时间长、精度不高和操作复杂等问题,提出并实现了一种仅需测量腕部定点温度,经红外测温修正算法和体温补偿算法后获得人体体温的非接触式测温系统。在医用体温检测仪的实验数据基础上,对提出的温度修正和补偿算法进行优化,建立体温与腕部温度、环境温度之间的数学模型。同时,设计并实现了一款尺寸为36mm×14mm的检测装置。实验结果表明,该体温检测装置平均检测时间约为54ms、测量误差为0.539%、系统稳定性好,满足实时体温检测的需求。In order to solve the problems of long-time measurement,low accuracy and complex operation which exist in contact thermometers,a non-contact temperature measurement system is proposed and implemented,which only needs to measure wrist temperature,and then obtains the body temperature through infrared temperature correcting algorithm and temperature compensating algorithm.Based on the experimental data of the medical body temperature,the temperature correcting and compensating algorithms proposed in this paper are optimized,and a mathematical model among body temperature,wrist temperature and ambient temperature is established.At the same time,a test device of36 mm×14 mm is designed and implemented.The experimental results show that the average detection time of the proposed detection device is about 54 ms,the measured error is 0.539%,stability of the system is good,and the requirement of the real-time temperature detection is satisfied.
