摘　　要：坚持立德树人,突出人才培养的核心地位,着力培养具有历史使命感和社会责任心、富有创新精神和实践能力的优秀人才是高校工作的重要担当。我国医学院校一直高度重视大学生的专业知识学习,而医学生人文素质不足现象比较突出,医学生文化素养较贫乏,社会适应能力较低等。转变教育观念,改革和更新教育方法和教育思维,使人文知识浸润于专业知识之中,人文教育内化为学生的人文精神,是新形势下医科生人文教育的发展方向。With ethical education and talent development as the core task,colleges and universities take the responsibility of cultivating talents with sense of historical mission and social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability.For a long time,medical colleges and universities in China have been attaching great importance to students＇ professional learning.However,medical students generally lack humanistic quality,as is seen in their lack in cultural attainment and ability to adapt to the society.Educational concept transition,educational method and thinking reform and innovation,infiltrating humanistic knowledge into professional development and humanistic education will be the development orientation of humanistic education for medical students in the new era.
