各级医疗机构中患者对养老模式的选择意向及需求分析

摘　　要：目的:对各级医疗机构的居民对于养老模式的选择及需求情况进行分析,从而为合理地调控需求和配置公共资源,解决养老服务的供需矛盾提供科学依据。方法:通过选取安徽省立医院、安徽省妇幼保健院、安徽医科大学第一附属医院及合肥市多所社区卫生服务中心的门诊及部分住院患者作为调查对象,进行现场问卷调研。结果:为长辈或自己选择居家养老模式的患者分别占79.7%、72.8%,显著高于选择其他养老模式的患者,差异有统计学意义,影响为长辈或自己选择养老模式的因素中,经济条件、身体状况、居住环境所占比例均位列前三;患者认为养老模式应具备生活照料功能(83.1%)和医疗保健预防功能(81.2%)等。结论:各级医疗机构中患者为长辈或自己选择养老模式中更倾向于居家养老,且在生活照料和医疗保健及预防上有着较高的需求,应根据人们的期望完善养老模式体系建设,提高居民生活质量。Objective To analyze the choice and demand for the pension mode among patients of medical institutions at all levels,thus providing scientific basis for the rational regulation of demand and allocation of public resources to solve the supply and demand contradiction of old-age services.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by selecting some of the outpatients and inpatients of Anhui Provincial Hospital,Anhui Hospital of Maternal and Child Healthcare,The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and many community health service centers in Hefei city.Results 79.7% and 72.8% were respectively the patients who chose the home-based care mode for their elders or themselves,which were significantly higher than those who chose other pension modes,and the difference was statistically significant.The financial condition,physical condition and living environment ranked the top three influence factors of the choice of pension mode.The patients thought that the pension mode should have life care function（83.1%）and health care prevention function（81.2%）.Conclusions Patients in medical institutions at all levels are more likely to choose a home-based care mode for their elders or themselves,and have higher requirements on life care and health care and prevention,therefore it is necessary to improve the construction of pension mode system on the basis of people＇s expectations so as to improve the quality of life of residents.
