预见性护理在ERCP术后鼻胆管引流术患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨预见性护理在ERCP术后鼻胆管引流术（ENBD）患者护理中的应用效果.方法 选取该院2016年5月～2017年5月收治的ERCP术后鼻胆管引流术患者100例,按照不同护理方法随机分为常规组和观察组各50例,常规组采用常规护理,观察组采用预见性护理,比较两组护理效果.结果 两组患者护理后的焦虑程度评分与抑郁程度评分比较,观察组均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;常规组的并发症发生率为20.0％,观察组的并发症发生率为6.0％,观察组明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;常规组患者的满意率为88.0％,观察组患者的满意率为98.0％,观察组明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 ERCP术后鼻胆管引流术护理中预见性护理的应用效果满意,可明显减轻患者的负面情绪,有助于降低并发症发生率、提升患者满意度.Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients endoscopic nasobiliary drainage （ENBD） after ERCP. Methods A total of 100 patients of endoscopic nasobiliary drainage （ENBD） after ERCP operation in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected. According to the different nursing methods, they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group, 50 cases of each group. The conventional nursing was applied to the conventional group. The observation group was treated with the predictive nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications in the conventional group was 20. 0%, and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6. 0%, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the conventional group was 88.0%, and the patients＇ satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.0%, and the observation group was significantly higher than the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the nursing of ENBD after ERCP is satisfactory. It can obviously reduce the negative emotion of the patients and help to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of the patients. It is worth popularizing and implementing in the clinical nursing work.
