摘　　要：目的了解2013—2017年南通市手足口病流行特征,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法根据中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统中数据,采用描述流行病学方法,进行南通市手足口病三间分布的研究。结果 (1)南通市手足口病发病有明显季节性,疫情双峰特征明显,有隔年发病强度增加的特点;(2)南通市区手足口病发病率高于县区;(3)南通市手足口病发病率男性高于女性,病例年龄构成以6岁及以下组儿童为主,占全部病例总数的94.64%,职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,占全部病例总数的95.22%;(4)南通市手足口病病原构成以其他肠道病毒为主(52.36%),其次是Cox A16(26.15%)和EV71(21.49%)。结论南通市手足口病发病呈明显季节性特点,需重点加强对6岁及以下散居和幼托儿童的手足口病防制工作。[Objective] To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in Nantong from 2013-2017, and provide the basis for formulating prevention and control measures. [Methods] According to the data in the National Disease Surveillance Information Reporting Management System, the three dimension distributions of HFMD was analyzed by descriptive epidemiologic methods. [Results] （1）The HFMD in Nantong City had obvious seasonal characteristics, the double peaks of epidemic was obvious, and the disease intensity increased every two years. （2） The incidence rate of HFMD in Nantong City was higher than that in the counties. （3） The incidence rate of HFMD in males was higher than that in females. The age of cases was mainly under 6 years old, which accounted for 94.64%. The cases were main scattered children and preschool children, which accounted for 95.22%. （4） The pathogen of HFMD was mainly other intestinal viruses （52.36%）, followed by CoxA16 （26.15%） and EV71 （21.49%）. [Conclusion] The incidence of HFMD in Nantong City has obvious seasonal characteristics. The prevention and control of HFMD among scattered and preschool children under 6 years old should be strengthened.
