摘　　要：目的观察一种新复方过氧化氢消毒液对常用消毒试验指标菌的杀灭效果。方法采用悬液法和载体法,对一种新复方过氧化氢消毒液杀灭消毒试验指标菌的效果进行定量和定性杀灭效果观察。结果用含过氧化氢2.5 g/L的该复方消毒液作用5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>5.00;含过氧化氢30 g/L的该复方消毒液作用2.5 min,对悬液内黑曲霉菌杀灭对数值>4.00,作用5 min对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>3.00。用含过氧化氢15 g/L的该复方消毒液作用10 min,对不锈钢片载体上龟分枝杆菌脓肿亚种杀灭对数值>3.00;用该复方消毒液的原液作用15 min对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到全部杀灭。结论该新复方过氧化氢消毒液对常用消毒试验指标菌均有很好杀灭作用。Objective To observe the germicidal effect of a acid hydrogen peroxide disinfectant to normal standard strains for disinfection experiment. Methods Suspension quantitative and carrier quantitative germicidal test were used to observe the germicidal efficacy of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant on normal standard strains. Results The average killing logarithm value was above 5. 00 while Escherichia coli in suspension was exposed to the disinfectant containing 2. 5 g/L hydrogen peroxide for 5 min. The average killing logarithm value of Aspergillus niger in suspension and Bacillus subtilis var. niger on carriers exposed to the disinfectant containing 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide within 2. 5 min and 5 min was above 4. 00 and 3. 00 respectively. The average killing logarithm values of Mycobacterium chelonae subsp. abscessus exposed to 15 g/L hydrogen peroxide within 10 min was above 3. 00 on the stainless steel carriers. The sterilization effect of Bacillus subtilisvar. niger exposed to 59. 4 g/L within 15 min was qualified on the stainless steel carriers. Conclusion This hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has a good killing effect on disinfection experimental standard strains.
