摘 要:目的观察硫酸氢钾复合盐对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果,为禽类圈舍消毒提供依据。方法采取悬液定量方法,对过硫酸氢钾复合盐杀灭鸡新城疫病毒的效果进行观察,同时与二氧化氯泡腾片作并行比较。结果以浓度为138 mg/L的过硫酸氢钾复合盐作用30 min,对悬液内鸡新城疫病毒达到完全杀灭;用浓度为1 300 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液作用10 min,可完全杀灭悬液内鸡新城疫病毒。结论低浓度过硫酸氢钾复合盐消毒液对鸡新城疫病毒有较好的杀灭效果。Objective To observe inactivation efficacy of the potassium monopersulfate compound to Newcastle disease virus,and provide basis for poultry housing disinfection. Methods Suspension qualitative test was used to observe the inactivation effect of potassium monopersulfate disinfectant to Newcastle disease virus,compared with chlorine dioxide effervescent tablets. Results The results showed that when the concentration of potassium monopersulfate was 138 mg/L,all the virus were killed in 30 min. While the concentration of Chlorine dioxide was 1 300 mg/L,the Newcastle disease virus was killed in 10 min. Conclusion It is proved that oxone monopersulfate compound possessed good inactivation efficacy on Newcastle disease virus.
