摘 要:目的调查消毒与抗抑菌产品中非法添加核苷类抗病毒药物的情况,建立消毒产品违禁品添加成分测定方法。方法建立消毒和抗抑菌产品中更昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦和喷昔洛韦的高效液相色谱法,并对样品进行检测与评价。结果通过对样品前处理条件、检测波长及流动相体系的选择,得到分析样品的最佳条件。在此条件下,更昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦和喷昔洛韦等3种核苷类抗病毒药物在一定质量浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.999 8;检出限均为1.0 mg/kg、定量限均为3 mg/kg;低、中、高质量浓度加标回收率在92.1%~109.6%范围,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于5.0%(n=5)。结论本研究建立的高效液相色谱法适用于检测消毒与抗抑菌产品中更昔洛韦、阿昔洛韦和喷昔洛韦等成分,方法简便,准确。Objective To investigate the situation of the illegal addition of nucleoside antiviral drugs in disinfection and anti-bacteriostat products,establish a method for the determination of prohibited added components in disinfection products. Methods A high performance liquid chromatographic( HPLC) method for determination of ganciclovir,acyclovir and penciclovir in disinfection and anti-bacteriostat products was established to test and evaluat samples. Results To obtain the optimized determination conditions,sample pretreatment conditions,detection wavelengths and mobile phase systems were optimized. Under the optimum conditions,the peak area and the concentration for ganciclovir,aciclovir and penciclovir three kinds of nucleoside antiviral drugs had good linearity within a certain range of mass concentration. The linear coefficients.( r) were all above 0. 9998. The limits of detection were all 1. 0 mg/kg. The limits of quantitation were all 3. 0 mg/kg.The recovey rates were ranging from 92. 1% to 109. 6% with relative standard deviations( RSDs) all lower than 5. 0%( n = 5). Conclusion It showed that the method was suitable for the determination of ganciclovir,acyclovir and penciclovir in disinfectant and anti-bacteriostat products with simplicity and accuracy.
