常州市一次性使用卫生用品微生物检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对常州市生产和销售的一次性使用卫生用品进行监测,了解其微生物指标污染状况,以便为行政监管提供检测依据。方法依据GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》,采用现场抽样方法,对常州市2014-2016年一次性使用卫生用品进行微生物检测,并对结果进行评价和统计分析。结果 3年共检测样品482份,合格456份,平均合格率为94.61%,2014-2016年合格率分别为92.90%、95.00%和95.81%。其中婴儿纸尿裤、成人纸尿裤、卫生湿巾和皮肤抑菌剂的合格率均为100.00%;卷筒式卫生纸、化妆棉和餐巾纸的合格率较低,分别为86.67%、88.46%和89.36%,不合格的主要原因是细菌菌落总数与真菌菌落总数超标,大肠菌群和致病性化脓菌均未检出。结论 2014-2016年常州市生产和销售的一次性卫生用品总体状况良好,但仍存在一些卫生质量隐患,相关部门必须加强监管力度,为市场提供合格产品,保障消费者健康。Objective To monitor the disposable sanitary products production and sales in Changzhou city,understand its microbial index pollution condition,in order to provide the test basis for administrative supervision. Methods According to GB15979-2002 Sanitary Standard for the Disposable Sanitary Products,use the in-situ compiling method,disposable sanitary products were microbial detection from 2014 to 2016 in Changzhou city,in addition to evaluate the results and statistical analysis. Results A total of three years,456 were qualified in 482 samples,the average qualified rate was 94. 61%. The qualified rate from 2014 to 2016 were respectively 92. 90%,95. 00% and 95. 81% respectively. Among them,baby diapers,adult diapers,sanitary wipes and skin fungicide had the highest qualified rates（ 100. 00%）. The qualified rate of roll toilet paper,facial cotton and napkin were lower than others,which was 86. 67% 、88. 46% 、89. 36% respectively. The main reason for the disqualification was the total number of bacterial colonies and the total number of fungal colonies exceeds the national standard. The coliform bacteria and pathogenic purulent bacteria were not detected. Conclusion The disposable sanitary products production and sales in Changzhou city from 2014 to 2016 are in good condition,the trend is increasing year by year,but there are still some hidden hygienic quality problems existing. The relevant departments must strengthen the supervision,provide qualified products for the market,protect consumers＇ health.
