选取天枢、大肠俞、曲池、上巨虚为主穴治疗便秘型肠易激综合征分析

摘　　要：便秘型肠易激综合征,其发病原因及机制尚不明确,西医治疗的疗程长,副作用大,病人不易接受。在参考近年针刺研究进展的基础之上,选取"天枢"、"大肠俞"、"曲池"、"上巨虚"为主穴,随证配伍,结合3则临床案例,分析配穴依据,希望能为今后该病的研究与临床治疗提供新思路。The cause and mechanism of constipation-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome（IBS）are still unclear. Western medicine has a long course of treatment with large side effects and is not easily accepted by patients.In this paper,based on the progress of acupuncture research in recent years, combined with three clinical cases, Tianshu（ST-25）, Dachangshu（ BI-25）,Quchi（ Li-11） and Shangjuxu.（ ST-37） are selected as the main points.Acupoints combinations are also suggested and explained with evidence. This paper aims to provide new ideas for future research and treatment of the disease.
