灸法治疗产后尿潴留临床研究概况

摘　　要：产后尿潴留是产褥期常见的并发症,如不及时有效治疗,不仅影响子宫收缩,致使阴道出血量增加,膀胱破裂并感染细菌后可严重危及产妇的生命安全。艾灸对于产后尿潴留的诊疗具有独特的优势,不仅安全可靠而且疗效显著。笔者整理了近年来艾灸治疗产后尿潴留的相关文献,总结艾灸治疗产后尿潴留的研究近况,旨在为临床应用艾灸治疗产后尿潴留提供参考依据和指导。Postpartum urinary retention is a common complication during the puerperium. If do not receive timely and effective treatment, it will not only affect the uterine contraction, resulting in increased vaginal bleeding, bladder rupture and infection of bacteria can seriously endanger the life of the mother. Moxibustion has unique advantages for the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum urinary retention, which is not only safe and reliable but also effective. The author has compiled the relevant literature on moxibustion treatment of postpartum urinary retention in recent years,and summarized the research status of moxibustion treatment of postpartum urinary retention, aiming to provide reference and guidance for clinical application of moxibustion for postpartum urinary retention.
