摘 要:针对采煤机在实际工作过程中的振动问题,运用多体动力学理论,综合考虑采煤机导向滑靴和平滑靴的支撑特性、摇臂的刚度以及调高油缸的支撑刚度,建立了采煤机在竖直方向上6个自由度的动力学模型。并将采煤机滚筒在竖直方向所受到的载荷作为外部激励,采用数值分析方法,求解了摇臂不同举升角对采煤机竖直方向振动特性的影响。结果表明:当举升角在17°~37°之间变化时,对前滚筒、摇臂的振动位移影响较大,变化范围分别为21.552 1 mm^15.424 mm、9.400 5 mm^3.306 4 mm;由于实际工况下,采煤机整机在低频范围内振动,因此举升角的变化对其振动加速度的影响不敏感。According to shearer vibration problems in the practical work,using multi-body dynamics theory,considering shearer support characteristics of guide boots and flat boots,and the stiffness of rocker arm and adjustment height oil vat,6 degrees of freedom dynamic model in the vertical direction of shearer was established.The vertical direction of shearer drum load was used as an external excitation,and the effect of different lift angle on vertical direction vibration characteristics of shearer were solved by using numerical analysis method.The results show that the lift angle has great influence on vibration displacement of drum and ranging arm when the range is 17° ~ 37°,and the displacement range is 21.5521 ~ 15.424 mm,9.4005 ~3.306 4 mm.Because of the low frequency vibration of shearer under actual operating conditions,the vibration acceleration under different lift angle is insensitive.
