摘 要:针对采煤机滚筒螺旋升角对装煤性能影响进行研究。推导了滚筒螺旋叶片抛煤力与装煤量的理论计算公式。通过理论分析可知,保持其他条件不变,叶片抛煤轴向力与螺旋升角、滚筒转速成反比,与牵引速度成正比。理论装煤量与滚筒转速成正比,并随着螺旋升角的升高而呈现先升高后下降的抛物线。使用Adams软件仿真不同螺旋升角时采煤机滚筒轴向受力和采煤机截割功率变化情况,与理论分析结果基本一致。在对采煤机滚筒进行设计时,要考虑螺旋叶片对采煤机截割性能的影响,使得采煤机的实用性和经济效益达到最优。In this paper,the influence of the spiral angle of shearer drum on the cutting performance is studied in this paper.The calculating formula of the drum helical blade coal throwing force and loading quantity theory.According to the theoretical analysis,it is known that the axial force of the blade is inversely proportional to the helix angle and the rotation speed of the roller,which is proportional to the speed of the traction.The theory of the loading quantity and the roller speed is proportional to,and with the increase of spiral angle of parabola increased first and then decreased.Using ADAMS software to simulate the variation of axial force and cutting power of shearer drum in different spiral angle,and the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.In the design of the shearer drum,the influence of the spiral blade on the cutting performance of the shearer should be considered,so that the utility and economic benefit of the shearer can be optimized.
