摘 要:金属与金属配副的滑动导轨具有刚度高、承载力强等优点,但该类型导轨存在摩擦系数大、响应速度慢的缺点,严重限制了该型导轨的使用范围。根据仿生学原理使用激光微织构技术在金属滑动导轨副表面加工出有序排列的微凹坑以改善导轨的摩擦学性能。通过Matlab仿真验证微凹坑造型对减少摩擦副摩擦力的作用,并在40Cr盘试样端面加工规则、有序排列的微凹坑,与HT200销试样配副,在Rtec摩擦磨损试验机上开展导轨的摩擦特性试验研究。仿真和实验结果表明,微凹坑不仅可以改善导轨的储油情况,还可以产生动压润滑效应,有效地降低金属配副滑动导轨的摩擦系数,实验中最大摩擦系数可降低72%。The metal sliding guides have the advantages of high rigidity and strong bearing capacity.However,this type of guide way has the disadvantages of large friction coefficient and slow response speed,which severely limits the use range of the guide rail.According to the principle of bionic,laser micro-texture technology was used to process ordered micro-pits on the surface of the metal sliding guide to improve guide tribological properties.Matlab simulation was used to verify the effect of micro-pit modeling to reduce the friction force of the friction pair,and in the 40 Cr disk sample processed rules,orderly arrangement of micro-pits,match with the HT200 pin sample,the friction characteristics of the guides were studied on the Rtec friction and wear tester.The simulation and experimental results show that the micro-pits can not only improve the oil storage condition of the guide rail,but also can generate the dynamic pressure lubrication effect,which can effectively reduce the friction coefficient of the metal paired guide rail,and the maximum friction coefficient can be reduced by 72% during the experiment.
