摘　　要：目的探讨巴曲酶联合耳后激素注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年10月~2017年10月在我院接受治疗的167例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组83例,观察组84例。对照组采用金纳多联合静脉注射甲基泼尼松龙治疗,观察组采用金纳多联合巴曲酶,结合耳后甲基泼尼松龙注射治疗,观察两组疗效。结果观察组治疗后痊愈9例,显效31例,有效37例,无效7例,总有效率为91.7%,对照组治疗后痊愈4例,显效35例,有效26例,无效18例,总有效率为78.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);平坦型耳聋、全聋型预后较差,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对突发性耳聋患者,采用巴曲酶联合耳后激素注射治疗具有良好临床疗效,安全性可靠,具有临床推广价值,不同类型突发性耳聋预后差别较大。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of batroxobin combined with post-auricular hor- mone injection in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 167 patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into observation group （n=84） and control group（n=83）. The control group was treated with Ginaton combined with intravenous methylprednisolone. The observation group was treated with Ginaton and Batroxobin combined with post-auricular methylprednisolone injection. The efficacy of the two groups was observed. Results In the observation group, 9 cases were cured, 31 cases were markedly effective, 37 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective after treatment, and the total effective rate was 91.7%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 35 cases were markedly effective, 26 cases were effective, and 18 cases were invalid after treatment, and the effective rate was 78.3%. There was a statistically significant difference be- tween the two groups （P〈O.05）. The prognosis of flat deafness and total deafness was poor. There was a statistically sig nificant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with sudden deafness, the use of batroxobin combined with post- auricular hormone injection has good clinical efficacy, reliable safety, and has clinical promotion value. The prognosis of different types of sudden deafness varies greatly.
