摘 要:目的观察非哺乳期乳腺炎(NLM)患者外周血免疫球蛋白、自身抗体和补体水平的变化并分析临床价值。方法将2016年2月~2017年2月我院76例NLM患者纳入研究组,将同期确诊的76例健康体检者纳入对照组。比较两组患者外周血免疫球蛋白(lg G、lg M、lg A)、补体(C3、C4)及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^+、CD8^+、CD3^+)水平差异,观察自身抗体[抗核抗体(ANA)、抗组蛋白抗体(AHA)]表达情况。结果两组外周血lg G水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组外周血部分免疫球蛋白(lg M、lg A)、补体(C3、C4)水平及自身抗体(ANA、AHA)阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05),T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+、CD8+、CD3+)水平则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 NLM患者相对于健康人群外周血免疫球蛋白、补体水平及自身抗体阳性率将显著上升,外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平则显著降低,监测上述指标对NLM患者疾病诊断治疗有一定提示或评估作用。Objective To observe the changes of peripheral blood immunoglobulins, autoantibodies and complement levels in patients with non-lactating mastitis (NLM) and analyze the clinical value. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 76 NLM patients from our hospital were included in the study group. 76 healthy people who were diag- nosed in the same period were included in the control group. The differences of the levels of immunoglobulins (lgG, lgM, lgA), complements (C3, C4), and T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+, CD8+, and CD3+) in the peripheral blood were com- pared between the two groups. The autoantibodies [antinuclear antibody (ANA), anti-histone antibody (AHA)] expres- sions were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in lgG levels in peripheral blood between the two groups(P〉0.05). The positive rate of immunoglobulins(lgM, lgA), complements(C3, C4) and autoantibodies (ANA, AHA) in the peripheral blood in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CDd+, CD8+, and CD3+) were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The pos- itive rate of immunoglobulins, complements and autoantibodies in peripheral blood of NLM patients will increase signif- icantly compared with healthy individuals. Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets are significantly lower. Monitoring the above indicators can provide some indications or assessments for the diagnosis and treatment of NLM.
