摘  要:以硬脂酸锌、水滑石、赛克、抗氧剂、二氧化硅等复配热稳定剂产品,通过与PVC、DOP配混后使用双辊压片机制成PVC样片。通过测试最终确定当硬脂酸锌20份、水滑石60份、赛克8份、二氧化硅10份时、抗氧剂2份时,产品稳定性较好、透明性高,适用于高透明稳定性要求较高的体系中。Different proportions of zinc stearate, hydrotalcite, 1,3,5-Tris (2-hydroxyethyl)cyanuric acid, antioxidants, silicon dioxide were formulated as various compound heat stabilizers, which were then mixed with PVC and DOP through a double roller presser to make different PVC samples. We studied the impacts of different formula on the behaviors of different stabilizers through testing these samples' transmittance, thermal stability of the oven, Congo red heat stability and other performances, and eventually determine that an optimal stabilizer with the following proportions of 20% zinc stearate, 60% hydrotalcite, 8% 1,3,5-Tris(2-hydroxyethyl)cyanuric acid, 10% silicon dioxide, and 20% antioxidants. Tests proved that this optimal stabilizer is of stability and high transmittance so as to be better applied to a high transparent system with high stability requirements.
